Is the app free?
Yes. Everything in the app can be used for free. New theory questions, road signs, mock exams and board tasks open every day, and anything you have opened stays open. If you would rather have it all at once, a one-time payment of KES 500 unlocks everything for good. It also supports the project and keeps the app free for learners who can't pay.
Is this the official NTSA app?
No. Kenya Driving Test: NTSA Prep is an independent educational app made by Compwiz Creations. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of the National Transport and Safety Authority or any government agency in Kenya.
Where does the material come from?
The learning material is based on the 2016 Kenya Learner Driver Handbook and the Highway Code published by NTSA. Each task and rule shows the source it comes from.
Do I need internet?
Only to download material. On the free plan, connect once a day to download that day's new questions, signs and board tasks, then study them offline. With the KES 500 unlock, download everything at once and study all of it offline.
Do I need an account?
Not to start. The app gives you an anonymous profile, so you can practise straight away without signing up. If you buy the KES 500 unlock, you sign in with Google at that point. Everything you have done so far comes with you, and your unlock is linked to your Google account.
